Prices include bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels, pool towels, use of laundry, a barbecue dinner, a sunset-drink, for 2 people in apartment. Extra charge for 3rd and 4th person: 50 Euro/per person/week.

Final cleaning apartment Le Avellane and Vellaneta Euro 50, apartment Aurora, Mezzogiorno and Tramonto Euro 40. Heating will be charged separately.

Apartment VELLANETA, price for 4 persons:

                                                     low season:  Euro   850/week, 5th person 50 Euro/week extra

                                               middle season:  Euro   900/week, 5th person 50 Euro/week extra

                                                   high season:  Euro   995/ week, 5th person 50 Euro/week extra

On confirmation a 25% deposit will be required, while the remaning amount will be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 150 Euro (200 Euro for the apartment Vellaneta) will be paid upon arrival. This amount will be returned to you upon departure.

During the months of September - June the apartments can be booked also for a minimal stay of 3 nights, and the arrival and departurre date is free. During the months of July and August the arrival and departure day is Saturday. The apartments will be available then from 16.00 hrs, while during the other months the apartments may be available earlier.
