Apartment LE AVELLANE: low season 650 Euro /week, mid season: 725 Euro /week, high season: 850 /per week. This apartment is still available from 17 June - 7 July and from 1 September.

Apartment AURORA, MEZZOGIORNO and TRAMONTO: low season:   600 Euro /week,  mid season:  675 euro /week,  high season: 750 Euro /week.

 

Apartment VELLANETA,  2 bedrooms, 4 - 5 persons. This apartment is still available from

22 - 29. June,  from 18 - 25 August and from 31 August.

 

Prices include bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels, pool towels, use of laundry, a barbecue dinner, a sundowner, for 2 people in apartment (Le Avellane,  Aurora, Mezzogiorno and Tramonto).

Extra charge for 3rd and 4th person: 50 Euro/week (Le Avellane, Aurora, Mezzogiorno and Tramonto). Final cleaning apartment Le Avellane and Vellaneta Euro 50, apartment Aurora, Mezzogiorno and Tramonto Euro 40. Heating will be charged separately. Daily cleaning available (15 Euro/hour).

On confirmation a 25% deposit will be required, while the remaning amount will be paid 6 weeks before arrival. A deposit of 150 Euro (200 Euro for the apartment Vellaneta) will be paid upon arrival. This amount will be returned to you upon departure.

During the months of September - June the apartments can be booked also for a minimal stay of 3 nights, and the arrival and departurre date is free. During the months of July and August the arrival and departure day is Saturday. The apartments will be available then from 16.00 hrs, while during the other months the apartments may be available earlier.
